The book of Love+ A Happy Weekend
Happy Saturday everyone:)
It's been a very stressful week, and it's finally over!!! Today I visited my cousin, who has ordered the pillows, the photo album sleeves and the baby fabric book for my 3 months old niece:) I hadn't seen Love (doesn't she have the best name???) since her birth!!! She's the cutest baby ever:) (objectively speaking...hehehehe). I couldn't take my eyes off of her... babies are magical, this is what I found out today!! While my cousin was breast feeding her, I put my finger in her little fist and she immediately grabbed it... what a feeling!!!! Ohhh Ι'm getting all emotional... I'd better make a stop here:)
My cousin was delighted with the pillows, they were looking so good on her couch!!!, and also the photo album sleeves (for which I was pretty stressed), fitted perfectly!!! But she was THRILLED with the book for Love. It turned out really cute (worth every hour of work after all). I used this as a guideline, but I did make it a little bit smaller.

Isn't it the cutest little book?? I'm so happy with the result!!! Now, I have to start on her next present:) Last week, I saw this embroidered grown chart from the Student/Teacher, and I thought it would be perfect for her, don't you think?
Well, there goes another busy week!!! I'm going to enjoy my weekend, I'll just hang out with friends for coffee and ice cream:)
Enjoy your weekend whatever you do!!!!
This will become a beautiful keepsake for Love to share with her children some day. What a special auntie you are!
